About Core MAMA

I launched Core MAMA Pilates after the birth of my second child in 2015, as I wanted to offer a Pilates class locally for new mums and mums to be to improve physical wellbeing but also offer a class which mums could meet each other, feel supported and learn more about understanding and looking after their bodies. It is an absolute pleasure teaching these classes. I get to meet so many wonderful mums and babies, it really is the best job!
