Core MAMA Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates classes run all year round.

For our Antenatal classes we have mums starting as early as 12 weeks but also later in their pregnancy. You are able to attend up to your expected due date providing you have no medical reason that advises you avoid exercise during pregnancy,

For Postnatal you are able to start classes at a date to suit you once have been given the all clear by your GP to recommence exercise. This usually takes place around your 6-8 weeks postnatal GP check-up. We have some Mums starting as early as 8 weeks postnatal but have others that choose to leave it a little later and attend with older babies. 

Our classes are Physio led and therefore variations and modifications of exercises are provided depending on your own individual needs.
