About our Antenatal Pregnancy Pilates classes and Postnatal Pilates classes -

Our Antenatal Pregnancy Pilates classes are designed to help you focus on strength, posture and body alignment, and promote a sense of well being during your pregnancy. 

Our Postnatal Pilates classes have been designed to introduce mums back to exercise post baby in a safe, welcoming and effective way. Targeting those key areas, strengthening and stretching , improving core stability and improving pelvic floor function.

Expect to work hard at these classes but at an appropriate level set for you. The classes are also about having fun and socialising with other mums in a supportive environment. Classes are kept small and everyone is treated as an individual. Physio observation and feedback is ongoing throughout the classes and you will progressed and your body challenged as you become stronger and work through the classes. 

A one to one session maybe more appropriate for you than a class.  We are happy to talk this through with you to help you decide what will be the best option for you. One to one sessions are a great way to get a personalised programme for your concerns and goals and are a good way to get you started before joining a class.

We offer small group Physio led Pregnancy Pilates  in person at our Twickenham venue.
Class sizes allows the class to be personalised to the participants needs and stages of pregnancy and feedback guidance given throughout the class.

Postnatal Pilates @ The Exchange

75 London Rd, Twickenham, TW1 1BE




A Physio led Postnatal Pilates class where you can bring your babies along to the Studio space in the Exchange in Twickenham.


This class will help you confidently increase body strength, regain core stability, aid reduction of abdominal muscle separation and improve your pelvic floor strength following the birth of your baby.
