As I'm not local to Twickenham, the option of online live classes enabled me to access expert prenatal Pilates training, which really helped me during my pregnancy with twins, particularly as I suffered with pelvic-girdle pain from early on. Post C-section birth, I was nervous about using my body and wasn't sure how I would regain my core strength but as soon as 12 weeks arrived, I was eager to get back into classes and was thrilled zoom was still an option with Core Mama Fitness. The benefits of zoom mean I have been able to access training even whilst on holiday in center parcs, and to complete recorded sessions when I just couldn't be available at a set time. I loved every class with Vicki, even those when my baby was a little grumpy! Vicki is so knowledgeable and knows exactly which exercises or modifications need to be done based on your body. This is a great post-natal Pilates class to get you back into fitness and exercising quickly after birth. I went from about 8 weeks post natal until my baby started crawling onto other people’s mats(!). Vicki is a great instructor, very welcoming, and is a physio so you are in really safe hands. Everything is tailored to abdominal and pelvic floor recovery and very safe. Vicki also understands that each person is different and gives you variations so that you can progress and improve over time. I also met some lovely mums and enjoyed the chat and social side of this class! Eve

Core Mama classes have helped me regain confidence in my body which I felt I'd lost after giving birth to my daughter. The class is structured in such a way that you feel simultaneously challenged and supported. I've really noticed the difference after just 6 weeks.
